Meet Nicole Venturella, your full-time dedicated Realtor.

Nicole specializes in the south and west suburbs of Chicago where she currently resides in Shorewood. She grew up in Matteson, Illinois and lived in the Bridgeport neighborhood in Chicago as well.  She is your expert in the area and will provide you with the knowledge you need from personal experience.   Nicole has been in the business of buying and selling real estate as an investor for 17 years and will be able to help guide you on your investment journey using her knowledge from learning from firsthand experience.  She enjoys working with clients and listening to their needs and wants to guarantee she helps guide them to achieve their real estate goals.  Whether you're listing your home, searching for a new home, or looking to get into real estate investment properties, she will walk you through the process from start to finish making sure you understand every step of the process.  When Nicole is not working with clients, she enjoys volunteering at Holy Family in Shorewood and Joliet Catholic Academy in Joliet, where her children attend school.  Her favorite activities include volleyball where she enjoys coaching her kids' teams at Holy Family, she also enjoys playing pickleball, and taking classes exercise classes at the local park district athletic club in Joliet.
